Installing AOS-8 Using vSphere Hypervisor

Ensure that the following prerequisites are addressed before starting the installation:

• vSphere Hypervisor 6.0, 6.5, 6.7 or 7.0 is installed on the server that hosts the Mobility Conductor Virtual Appliance/Mobility Controller Virtual Appliance as a guest.
• vSphere Client/vCenter is installed on a Windows machine.
• OVF Open Virtualization Format. OVF is a specification that describes an open-standard, secure, efficient, portable and extensible format for packaging and distributing software for virtual machines./ISO template is obtained from an Aruba representative and accessible from vSphere Client/vCenter.

The general support for vSphere Hypervisor 7.0 version will be extended till the year 2025 and support for technical guidance will be extended till the year 2027. Technical guidance for vSphere Hypervisor 6.0, 6.5, and 6.7. version will be extended till the year 2023. Support for vSphere Hypervisor 5.1 and 5.5 is no longer available.
