Deploying Groups to Custom Partner Account through Cloud Connect Service
To deploy groups to custom partner accounts, follow the steps listed below:

In the Aruba Central app, set the filter to .

Under
, Go to > , and then click Settings.The configuration page is displayed.

Click the Custom tab.
The newly added custom account is listed.

Click the
tab.The Group To Cloud Hub Connections page is displayed.
In the Cloud Hubs table, ensure that the Custom tab is selected.

Select a Group from the available options under
. -
Click the
icon in a row to view the account and remote endpoint details.
You can view the count of failed deployments under the Failed Deployments field. Click View Details to view the following details:

Serial Number—Displays the serial number of the failed deployment.

Error Message—Displays the reason for the failed deployment.
-
Solution—Displays a solution to prevent the failed deployment.
-
Additional Info (Links)—Displays additional information or links related to the failed deployment.

Enable the check box under the Primary Connection column to set the remote endpoint as the primary connection. If an account configures multiple remote endpoints, you can also choose a remote endpoint as your secondary connection. To select the secondary connection, enable the check box under the Secondary Connection column.
Select other groups and enable the primary and secondary connections check box to connect multiple Groups to Cloud Hub.

Click
.The page displays all the Groups selected for connecting to Cloud Hub.

Click
.The
displays one of the following statuses:-
—If a group or multiple groups fail to connect to Cloud Hub, the failed groups are retried for connecting to Cloud Hub every three minutes.

—Groups successfully connected to Cloud Hub.
-
Cloud Connect service is connecting all the devices belonging to a group from the cloud endpoint.

Hover over the Deployment Status field to view additional details about the deployment status.
The Connection Status column displays the following information:

Empty Circle—Not connected.
-
Partial Circle—Indicates that the primary connection is established.
-
Solid Circle—Indicates that both primary and secondary connections are established.

A summary of the deployment is displayed in the
view of the Group Connections page with the following columns-
—Displays the name of the group connected to the Cloud Hub.

—Displays the partner name of the custom admin account.
-
—Displays the name of the primary remote endpoint used for connecting to the Cloud Hub.
-
—Displays the name of the secondary remote endpoint used for connecting to the Cloud Hub. If not selected, it is denoted by hyphen (-).
-
Transit Gateway—Displays the name of the AWS Transit Gateway.
-
—Displays the deployment status of the group.
-
—Displays the name of the SSE partner.
