Configure VIA User Role

The VIA user role is assigned to the users who successfully authenticate through their VIA client. The user role defines the access rights of the users that connect using VIA. HPE Aruba Networking recommends that network administrators configure custom user roles that depict the network access policy of their respective organizations. You can also use the predefined default-via-role and edit it according to your requirements.

For more information about creating user roles, see Configuring User Roles for Clients.
