What is the time range for the scores in Global dashboard?

The scores displayed in the Global dashboard are based on the last three hours.

How is the Quality of Experience (QoE) score defined?

The Quality of Experience (QoE) score is defined based on the loss, latency, and jitter data as it evolves. It is not an objective indication of how a service is performing at a given time (MOS is the attribute), but an indication of how users are perceiving it. For example, a sudden increase from 5 to 50 ms in latency would have a small impact on the MOS score, as it is still within acceptable limits, but a more significant impact in QoE, as it is a drastic deviation from the trend.

How to change the QoE thresholds?

The custom values for the QoE score can be changed by clicking the Edit icon in the right corner of the table. You can increase or decrease the thresholds in the Custom QoE Thresholds pane or click Reset Defaults to reset to the default values.

How to view the QoE score for an application in the map view?

On the map view, click the Filter icon in the column for the required application. Then, click the pin (site) to view Filtered Application QoE in the pop-up dialog box.
