Rebooting Switches
You can reboot a switch using the HPE Aruba Networking Central UI.
To reboot a switch, complete the following steps:
- In the WebUI, set the filter to one of the options under , , or . Ensure that the filter selection contains at least one switch. For all devices, set the filter to .
The dashboard context for the selected filter is displayed.
- Under , click > .
A list of switches is displayed in the view.
- Click to display a table with the list of online switches.
- In the Switches table, click the switch to reboot.
The Switches Details page corresponding to the switch is displayed.
- In the drop-down, click .
A dialog box is displayed.
- Click to reboot the switch.
All clients connected to this switch are disconnected and the switch reboots.
The Switches Details page takes less than a minute to update the interface status after the switch is rebooted and reconnected to HPE Aruba Networking Central.
