Enabling Personal AirGroup
Ensure that the following AirGroup pre-requisite(s) is(are) met:
- An AOS-10 group should be available.
- When configuring Personal AirGroup, ensure that the APs are on AOS-10.5 or above.
To enable Personal AirGroup, complete the following steps:
- In the WebUI, set the filter to Global.
- Under , click > .
- Click the
Config icon.
- Click .
- Click the Personal device visibility and sharing toggle switch to turn it on (this switch is off by default).
Device visibility is set, and the Username(s) associated with public server list is visible. This list contains all the usernames that are associated with public servers.
Enabling Personal AirGroup only allows you to set the visibility of the device, and does not improve network security.
