From the HPE Aruba Networking Central 2.5.2 release onwards, does not require a separate service subscription. If you had assigned a service subscription prior to HPE Aruba Networking Central 2.5.2 release, you can remove the service subscription and use the same subscription for either Cloud Guest or UCC Unified Communications and Collaboration. UCC is a term used to describe the integration of various communications methods with collaboration tools such as virtual whiteboards, real-time audio and video conferencing, and enhanced call control capabilities..
Presence Analytics does not require a service token and is disabled by default.
To enable on your Instant AP, complete the following steps:
- In the WebUI, set the filter to .
The dashboard is displayed.
- Under , click > .
- Click the icon.
- Turn on the toggle switch.
The license gets enabled on all devices for the particular account.
If Presence Analytics was enabled on any of the Instant APs before the 2.5.2 upgrade, then after the upgrade, Presence Analytics is enabled by default on all the Instant APs in the network. However, Presence and Loyalty statistics are displayed only for the Instant APs on which the Presence Analytics feature is enabled.
