WAN Health—Transport

The WAN Health—Transport page displays the transport health of all uplinks belonging to gateways and Microbranch APs of an Classic Central account or tenant. This page helps in monitoring network health of all uplinks based on active monitoring probes.

To launch the WAN Health dashboard, complete the following steps:

In the WebUI, set the filter to Global.
The global dashboard is displayed.
Under Manage, click Overview and select the WAN Health tab.
The WAN Health dashboard is displayed.
Click List to view the Transport page.

The Transport page displays the following information:

The time filter allows you to set a time range to display the transport health details of all the uplinks in the charts and list. You can set the filter to any of the following time ranges:

3 Hours—The charts display the transport health details of all the uplinks for the past three hours.
1 Day—The charts display the transport health details of all the uplinks for the current day.
1 Week—The charts display the transport health details of all the uplinks for the current week.

Content	Description
Name	Displays the name of the device. Search Options: The icon allows you to search a particular gateway by its name. Clicking on the gateway name redirects you to the device overview dashboard. The and icons allow you to sort the gateways in ascending or descending order.
Site	Displays the name of the site. Type the name of a site in the filter field to display the list of gateways from a particular site. Search Options: The icon allows you to search a particular site by its name and display the list of gateways belonging to the site. The and icons allow you to sort the sites in ascending or descending order.
Status	Displays the gateways whose uplinks are in Up or Down state. Search Options: Select Up or Downfrom the drop-down filter to display the gateways of a particular state. The and icons allow you to sort the status in ascending or descending order.
Transport	Displays the transport type used by the uplink. Supported transport types are: MPLS LTE Internet Metro-Ethernet Select one of the transport types from the drop-down filter to display the uplinks of a particular transport type. The and icons allow you to sort the transport type in ascending or descending order.
Carrier	Displays the uplink carrier. Search Options: The icon allows you to search a particular carrier by its name. Clicking on the carrier name redirects you to the WAN Summary dashboard > WAN Availability tab. The and icons allow you to sort the carrier names in ascending or descending order.
Type	Displays whether the uplink is Primary or Backup. Search Options: Select Primary or Backup from the drop-down filter to display the gateways of a particular type. The and icons allow you to sort the type in ascending or descending order.
Availability	Displays whether the uplink availability is good, fair, or poor based on the availability percentage. Good > 90% Fair > 70% Poor < 70% Select one of the availability options from the drop-down filter to display the gateways of a particular availability percentage. The and icons allow you to sort the availability in ascending or descending order.
Usage	Displays the uplink usage in gigabytes. The and icons allow you to sort the usage in ascending or descending order.
Throughput	Displays the uplink throughput. The and icons icons allow you to sort the throughput in ascending or descending order.
Utilization	Displays whether the uplink utilization is high, low, or medium. High > 30% Low < 5% Medium > 5% Select either High, Low, or Medium from the drop-down filter to display the uplinks with a particular utilization percentage. The and icons allow you to sort the uplink utilization in ascending or descending order. NOTE: Uplink utilization is derived based on the actual uplink usage against configured bandwidth of the given uplink. Utilization is not applicable to Microbranch and it is denoted by hyphen (-).
Loss	Displays the uplink packet loss is good, fair, or poor. Good < 0.5% Fair < 2% Poor > 2% Select either Good, Fair, or Poor from the drop-down filter to display the uplinks with a particular packet loss percentage. The and icons allow you to sort the loss in ascending or descending order.
Latency	Displays whether the uplink latency is good, fair, or poor. Good < 200ms Fair < 400ms Poor > 400ms Select either Good, Fair, or Poor from the drop-down filter to display the uplinks with a particular latency calculation. The and icons allow you to sort the latency in ascending or descending order.
Jitter	Displays whether the uplink jitter is good, fair, or poor. Good < 200ms Fair < 400ms Poor > 400ms Select either Good, Fair, or Poor from the drop-down filter to display the uplinks with a particular jitter calculation. The and icons allow you to sort the jitter in ascending or descending order.
MOS	Displays the uplink quality based on the Mean Opinion Score (MOS) calculated using loss, latency, and jitter. The and icons allow you to sort the MOS in ascending or descending order.
