Navigating to AI Insights Tab in Gateway Dashboard
In the gateway dashboard, the tab displays information on gateway performance issues. Common examples are tunnel-up, tunnel down, airtime utilization, memory utilization, and so on.
AI Artificial intelligence (AI) is the simulation of human intelligence processes by machines, especially computer systems. AI reduces trouble tickets by identifying the network entity that is facing problems through event correlation and root cause analysis. Insights are available in high, medium, and low priorities, depending on the number of occurrences.
Red—High priority
Orange—Medium priority
Yellow—Low priority
AI Insights in the dashboard are available from high priority to low priority. The dashboard displays a report of network events that may affect the overall network performance. Each insight report provides specific details on the occurrences of these events for ease in debugging.
