Configuring Sessions
You can configure sessions conditions for local users who log in to the system.
To configure sessions, complete the following steps:
- In the HPE GreenLake account home page, click .
The Manage Account page is displayed.

Click the Authentication card.
The Authentication page is displayed by default.

Click the Sessions tab.

Configure the following parameters:
- Web Inactivity Timeout—Specify the maximum time limit in minutes for web inactivity.
When set, users cannot configure their sessions to be greater than this limit. For example, if it is set to 30 minutes. If there is no activity, the session is logged out for the user.
- Web Total Concurrent Sessions—Specify the maximum number of concurrent sessions for all users in the account. For example, if it is set to 5. It indicates that 5 concurrent sessions are allowed. If nothing is specified, then user can use as many concurrent sessions.
- Concurrent Sessions per User—Specify the maximum number of concurrent sessions a user can be logged into at the same time. For example, if it is set to 2. It indicates that only 2 concurrent sessions are allowed per user. If nothing is specified, then user can use as many concurrent sessions.
- Login Banner—Enter the appropriate text to be displayed as a notification or alert to users. This message is displayed on the sign-on page of the WebUI when user tries to log in to the account.
- CLI Command-Line Interface. A console interface with a command line shell that allows users to execute text input as commands and convert these commands to appropriate functions. Inactivity Timeout—Specify the maximum time limit for CLI inactivity. When set, users cannot configure their sessions to be greater than this limit.
- CLI Total Concurrent Sessions—Specify the maximum number of concurrent CLI sessions for all uses in the account.
- Web Inactivity Timeout—Specify the maximum time limit in minutes for web inactivity.

Click Save Changes.
