Gateway WAN Uplinks Have Higher Latency Than Comparable Peers

The Gateway WAN Uplinks Have Higher Latency Than Comparable Peers insight is triggered when a particular WAN uplink has a high latency. This insight is triggered when the gateway uplink latency is greater than 50 ms and above 75 percent of the peers, and no DPS policy is in place.

To access the insight, complete the following steps:

  1. Access the Insights page. For more information, see Accessing Insights Page.

  2. Click the Gateways WAN Uplinks Having Higher Latency than Peers tab.

You can view the following metrics:

  • Action—This tile lists number of gateways using lower latency uplinks. Click View to see the list of impacted gateways.

  • Gateways with Impacted WAN Uplinks—The graph displays the average latency (msec) along with peer latency average or value per uplink type in the network. You can hover over each bar graph to view the exact values.
