Application Experience Predictor

The Application Experience Predictor is an AI-driven network analytics feature that proactively predicts the user experience of collaboration apps (for example, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom), identifies network issues causing poor performance, and provides guidance to remediate them.

To access the insight, complete the following steps:

1. Access the Insights page. For more information, see Accessing Insights Page.

2. Click the Application Experience Predictor tile.

   The Application Experience Predictor page displays the 7 Days view.

3. In the Application Experience Predictor page, you can view the following:

   • Client Minutes Classification—The chart displays the total minutes of application usage split between good and bad experience. This visualization helps administrators quickly identify experience degradation patterns over time.

   • Client Experience Contributors—The chart highlights the top factors impacting application experience. Green bars indicate positive contribution and red bars indicate negative impact. Contribution magnitude represents the severity.
