Alerts in Expanded List View

The Alerts card on the Network Overview page displays the top active alerts across sites. The list of active alerts are aggregated into the following categories.

• Client

• Device

• Services

• LAN

• WAN

• Application

• Security

• WLAN

Click an alert name to filter the alerts and view additional details in the expanded card. The Alerts card transitions to the site level with the title Sites Reporting <Alert Name>. This card allows searching and customizing columns. By default, the following columns are displayed:

• Site—Indicates the name of the site where the alert is active.

• Site Health—Indicates the site health with a site health severity bar.

• Device Health—Indicates the device count with a device health severity bar.

• Client Health—Indicates the client health with a client health severity bar.

The additional column that is displayed after the Site column depends on the alert type. For example, if the alert is Maximum Associations, the column Maximum Associations indicates the count of maximum associations with a maximum associations severity bar.

To view all active alerts, click the Expand icon. The expanded Alerts card allows searching alerts by alert name. The expanded Alerts card lists all active alerts with the following additional information:

• Alerts—Indicates the name of the alert.

• Count—Indicates the alert count with a severity bar.

• Category—Indicates the category to which the alert belongs.

• Sites—Indicates the site count where the alter is active.
