Performance Card
The Performance card displays the overall connectivity performance of the application. The information displayed in the Performance card varies based on the context from which you navigate to the application dashboard. It features variable time-range selection: 3 hours, 1 day, 7 days, or 30 days.
-
Aggregated metrics for all clients
-
Client-specific performance telemetry
The Performance card displays the following information:
-
Usage—Displays the cumulative data bytes transferred and received for the application, based on the time period set in the application dashboard.
-
Throughput—Displays the cumulative data, in bits per second, of transmitted and received traffic for the upstream and downstream. The Throughput section shows data for the last 15 minutes, regardless of the time period selected in the application dashboard.
-
Latency—Displays the average round-trip time for clients to access the selected application over the last 15 minutes, measured in milliseconds (ms).
-
Clients—The total number of unique clients that accessed the application based on the selected time period.

The graphs displayed when expanding the Performance card depend on the context and the type of application.
-
Throughout—The upstream and downstream data throughput line chart is displayed for the application. Hover over the chart to view a tooltip showing details about the Transmitted and Received data, along with the corresponding date and time.
-
Client—Displays the line graph to indicate the number of clients accessing the application. You can hover over the chart to view a tooltip showing details about the number of clients and the corresponding date and time within the selected timeline.
-
Packet Loss—The chart displays the packet loss for the application.

Throughout—The upstream and downstream data throughput line chart is displayed for the application. Hover over the chart to view a tooltip showing details about the Transmitted and Received data, along with the corresponding date and time.
-
Frames—Displays the trend of frames transmitted through the interface of the client for the time period selected in the timeline. Hover over the chart to view a tooltip showing details about the error and drop percentage and the corresponding date and time within the selected timeline.
-
Signal Quality—Describes the reliability and clarity of the wireless connection between the device and an access point. This determines the actual user experience, such as data speed and connection stability.
-
Tx/Rx Rate—Displays the speed at which data is sent and received over a network connection, measured in Mbps. Tx rate is the speed at which data is transmitted from the device to the network. Rx rate is the speed at which data is received by the device from the network.
-
Radio—The wireless frequency band or radio interface used by the client to connect to the network. This field specifies whether the client is connected via the 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz band, or any another available wireless interface.
