Viewing Application Visibility in the Client as a Sun View

To view the application information from the client planet, complete the following steps:

  1. In the HPE Aruba Networking Central landing page, select a site from the Sites menu having at least one application.

Alternatively, you can click the expand icon on the Sites menu to search for a site from the list.

The site dashboard is displayed with the network and connectivity information for the site.

  2. Click on the Applications planet.

The Application Visibility table displays a list of all active and inactive applications from the last three hours by default.

  3. Select an application from the list.

The Application dashboard page for the selected application is displayed.

  4. Navigate to the left panel of the interface and click on the Clients planet.

A list view of all the active Clients associated with the application is displayed. For more information, see Viewing Clients Accessing Applications.

  5. Click on a client from the list.

  6. Click again on the Applications planet.

    Note:

HPE Aruba Networking Central default sorting now prioritizes four key columns in a specific order: application health (ascending from worst to best), UXI status (ascending), usage (descending), and application name (alphabetical). This ensures that applications with the poorest experience or highest user impact naturally rise to the top, enabling faster troubleshooting.

  7. Select an application from the list.

This will display the information for this specific application for the selected client in the specified site.
