Viewing Sites

To view the Sites page, complete the following steps:

1. In the HPE Aruba Networking Central landing page, select a site from the Sites menu.

   Alternatively, you can click the expand icon on the Sites menu to search for a site from the list.

   The site dashboard is displayed with the network and connectivity information for the site.

2. Click the configuration icon.

   The configuration profiles for the selected site is displayed in Profile view.

3. In the left navigation pane, click Sites.

   The Sites page displays a list of configured sites.

   Note:

   When you navigate to the configuration page in site context or when you click a particular site on the Sites page, HPE Aruba Networking Central updates the page context to Site with the selected site name as the context name.

   The following table describes the columns in the list view.
   

   Table 1: Site Details

   Column	Description
   Name	Displays the name of the site. You can also view the address associated with the site below the name of the site. Click the site name to view the list of devices configured under the site. For more information, see Device.
   City	Displays the city in which the site is located.
   State/Province	Displays the state or province in which the site is located.
   Postal Code	Displays the postal code of the site.
   Country	Displays the country in which the site is located.
   Site Collection	Displays the site collection name with which the site is associated. If the site is not associated to a site collection, this field is empty.
   Devices	Displays the number of devices assigned to a site.
   GPS Coordinates	Displays the latitudinal and longitudinal values of the site.

   You can use keywords to search for sites across columns in the list view. The search displays dynamic results as soon as you start typing.

   You can also search for sites using the advanced filters. For more information, see Searching for Sites.

   To customize the table, click the icon to select the required columns, or click Reset to Defaults to set the table to the default columns. For more information, see Customizing Columns.

Searching for Sites

You can use keywords to search for sites across columns in the list view. You can also search for sites using the advanced filters.

Searching with Keywords

To search for sites using keywords, complete the following steps:

1. Navigate to the list view.

2. In the Search field, enter a keyword such as the site name, city, country, or any other site information.

   The sites in the list view are filtered based on the keyword.

Searching with Advanced Filters

To search for sites using advanced filters, complete the following steps:

1. Navigate to the list view for a site.

2. Click the filters icon.

   The Filters pop-up window is displayed.

3. Select one or more filtering criteria that are available in the Filters pop-up window. To clear your selected filtering criteria, click Clear.
   
   

4. Click Apply.

   The sites in the list view are filtered based on the selected filtering criteria.

Customizing Columns

You can select the columns to display in the list view.

To select columns, complete the following steps:

1. Click the customize columns icon.

   The Customize Columns pop-up window is displayed.

2. Select the columns that you want to view.

   You can click Reset to Defaults to clear your column selections.

3. Click Apply.

   The selected columns are displayed in the list view.

   Note:

   • The Name field is mandatory and cannot be hidden.

   • The GPS Coordinates column is not available in the list view by default. To view the column, you must enable it manually.
