Multicast Static Route Profile

The Multicast Static Route profile allows you to configure a static multicast flow and program it directly into the IP multicast forwarding table, without relying on multicast protocols. Multicast static routes are defined by specifying the source interface, source address, multicast group address, and destination interface.

Note:

The Multicast Static Route profile is supported only at the device scope.
