Application Analytics Report Format

The Application Analytics report supports the following KPIs:

Based on the KPIs and the format selected while creating a report, the data in the Application Analytics report are available in the view listed below.

  • List view—Displays the selected KPI in list format.

  • Bar-chart—Displays the selected KPI in bar-chart format.

  • Multi view—Displays the selected KPI in both list and bar-chart format.

The following topic describes the parameters present in each KPI of Application Analytics report.

Report Header

The report header contains the following parameters:

Name of the report

Displays the name of the report.

Report Type

Displays the type of the report.

Scope

Displays the context in which the report is generated. For example, at a global-level, site-level, or multiple-site-level.

Report Period

Displays the time span for which the report is generated.

Generated On

Displays the date and time when the report is completed.

Top Applications

The Top Applications KPI is available in list view and bar-chart view.

List View

The following table describes the parameters in list view of the Top Applications KPI for all devices:

Displays the total usage for the given report period.

Percentage

Displays the percentage of application usage.

Bar-chart View

The Top Applications bar-chart displays the top 10 applications by total usage. The color-coded sections of the bar are used to indicate the transmitted usage and received usage.

Note:

The VLAN, WLAN, and Role properties are disabled by default.
