Licenses Report Format

The Licenses report supports the following KPIs:

Based on the KPIs and the format selected while creating a report, the data in the Licenses report are available in the views listed below.

The following topic describes the parameters present in each KPI of Licenses report.

Report Header

The report header contains the following parameters:

Table 1: Report Header Parameter Details
Parameter	Description
Name of the report	Displays the name of the report.
Report Type	Displays the type of the report.
Scope	Displays the context in which the report is generated. For example, at a global-level, site-level, or multiple-site-level.
Report Period	Displays the time span for which the report is generated.
Generated On	Displays the date and time when the report is completed.

The Licenses Utilization Summary KPI is available in list view.

The following table describes the parameters in the Licenses report:

Parameter	Description
Total Licenses	Displays the total number of subscription licenses.
Not Expired and Used	Displays the number of licenses that are not expired and currently in use.
Available	Displays the number of available licenses.
Total Expired	Displays the total number of expired licenses.
Expired and Assigned to a Device	Displays the number of expired licenses that are assigned to a device.
Expired and Not Assigned to a Device	Displays the number of expired licenses that are not assigned to any devices.

The Subscription Keys KPI is available in list view.

Parameter	Description
Key	Displays the subscription key.
License Tier Type	Displays the tier type of the license (Advanced, Foundation, or Other).
Start Date	Displays the start date of the subscription.
End Date	Displays the end date of the subscription.
Quantity	Displays the number of subscription keys.
Subscribed Device	Displays the number of devices that are using the license.
License Tier	Displays the license tier.
Status	Displays the status of the license (Active or Expired).
