Average Uptime by Sites

Formula—((Sum of all the device uptimes / total device count) / report duration) * 100

Example— ((79/5)/24)*100 = 66 %

Uptime by Device

  • Device by uptime percentage calculation for one day—AP is up for one to 20 hours and down for four hours

    • Formula—(Device uptime / report duration) * 100

    • Example—((20/24) * 100 = 83%

  • Device by uptime percentage calculation for seven days:

    • AP us up for one - 120 hours and down for 48 hours:

      • Formula—(Device uptime / report duration) *100

      • Example—((120/(24*7)) * 100 = 71%

    • AP is up for the first five days (120 hours) and down for the last two days (48 hours):

      • Formula—(Device uptime / report duration) *100

      • Example—((120/(24*7)) * 100 = 71%

    • Newly connected device uptime calculation first four days, which is not onboarded to Classic Central. The device is onboarded on the fifth day:

      • Formula—(Device uptime / report duration) *100
