Visitor Report Format

The Visitor report supports the following KPI:

• Visitor Security Summary

Based on the KPIs and the format selected while creating a report, the data in the Visitor report are available in the view listed below.

• List view—Displays the selected KPI in list format.

The report displays up to 100 entries for each KPI. The following topic describes the parameters present in the KPI of Visitor report.

Report Header

The report header contains the following parameters:

Parameter	Description
Name of the report	Displays the name of the report.
Report Type	Displays the type of the report.
Scope	Displays the context in which the report is generated. For example, at a global-level, site-level, or multiple-site-level.
Report Period	Displays the time span for which the report is generated.
Generated On	Displays the date and time when the report is completed.

Visitor Security Summary

List View

The following table describes the parameters in the Visitor report for all devices:

Visitor Name	Displays the name of the visitor.
MAC Address	Displays the MAC address of the visitor.
Login Type	Displays the type login that the visitor used.
Login Time	Displays the time and date at which the visitor logged in.
Duration	Displays the login duration of the visitor for the given report period.
IP Address	Displays the IP address.
SSID	Displays the SSID.
