HPE Networking Copilot in HPE Aruba Networking Central is an AI-powered assistant designed to enhance network visibility, troubleshooting, and operational efficiency. It enables users to perform natural language queries across various network components, such as access points, clients, and alerts. Copilot integrates with search agents to retrieve documentation and contextual insights, supports historical conversation tracking, and provides dynamic, context-aware responses based on the user's current view (e.g., site-level vs. global). It also includes features like hyperlink-enabled tables for easier navigation, roaming insights, and automated alerts for connectivity and latency issues.

Additionally, Networking Copilot supports advanced functionalities like complex query generation, allowing users to correlate data across multiple tables—for example, identifying clients with poor signal-to-noise ratios over time. It also offers natural language to CLI translation for configuring AOS-CX switches, streamlining admin tasks. Access to Networking Copilot features is gated based on licensing tiers and user roles, with full functionality available to accounts with a high percentage of advanced licenses. The assistant is designed to reduce manual effort, improve troubleshooting workflows, and centralize network intelligence in a user-friendly interface.
