Filtering Devices in the Device Inventory Table

You can filter devices depending on your criteria. You can either use keywords (device name, model, or any other device information) in the search bar to find your devices, or use the quick filters to filter devices by subscription (Subscribed and Unsubscribed), and device function assignment (Assigned and Unassigned) or any combination of the options.

The following table describes the quick filters.

Tab	Description
Subscription filter tabs
Subscribed	Select this tab to view only the devices that have a subscription in the List view.
Unsubscribed	Select this tab to view only the devices that do not have a subscription in the List view.
Device Function Assignment filter tabs
Assigned	Select this tab to view only the devices with functions assigned in the List view.
Unassigned	Select this tab to view only the devices with unassigned functions in the List view.

Additionally, you access the Filters pop-up window by clicking the filter icon, filtering by Type, Model, Subscription Tier, Provisioned, Device Supplier, Site, and Device Function and clicking Apply.
