Ivanti Neurons Integration Prerequisites

Before installing the Ivanti Neurons extension in HPE Aruba Networking Central, you must complete the following steps:

  1. Log in to the Ivanti Neurons dashboard.

  2. Onboard your devices to Ivanti Neurons.

    For Windows devices, complete the following steps:

    1. In your web browser, navigate to mobileiron.com/go and click the option to open the settings page.
      The related Windows accounts' settings page is displayed.

    2. Select the applicable option to enroll an endpoint only in device management.
      The related configuration pop-up is displayed.

    3. Enroll your device using the following details:

      • Ivanti Neurons dashboard profile username and password.

      • Device management URL—https://mydevices.mobileiron.com/user/login.html

    4. Follow the remaining prompts in the configuration pop-up window.

    5. Verify the connection status.

    For iOS devices, complete the following steps:

    1. Download the Ivanti Neurons application from the Apple App Store, or navigate to https://mydevices.mobileiron.com/user/login.html.

    2. Enroll your device using the Ivanti Neurons dashboard profile username and password.
