What is Device Certificate Management?

Device Certificate Management is a feature that allows you to update device-side certificates, such as EST certificates and RADIUS authentication certificates.

What operations are supported in the Certificate Management tab?

You can create, view, update, and delete certificates using the Certificate Management tab.

How can I import certificates from Classic Central?

To import certificates from the Classic Central platform:

Go to Menu > Certificate Management > Actions > Import From Classic Central > Validate > Import.

Are imported certificates independent between Classic Central and HPE Aruba Networking Central?

Yes. Once certificates are imported into HPE Aruba Networking Central, they become independent of Classic Central. Even if the certificate is deleted in Classic Central, it will continue to function in HPE Aruba Networking Central.

What enhancements are planned in the Certificate Management?

The planned enhancements include:

• Certificate reference visibility to track where certificates are used across all the platforms.

• Integrated certificate expiry alerts within the platform for proactive management.
