Deleting a Firmware Policy
HPE Aruba Networking Central allows you to delete the firmware policy from the Firmware Management application.
To delete a firmware policy, complete the following steps:

In the HPE Aruba Networking Central landing page, click the
icon to open the Menu page. -
On the Firmware Management card, click Manage.
The Firmware Management page is displayed.

Complete one of the following steps based on your requirement:

For Global (default selection):

Hover over the policy name that you want to delete and click the delete
icon.The Delete Firmware Policy pop-up window is displayed.

Click Delete.

For Site Collections, Sites, or Device Groups:

Click a scope name under Name.
The Firmware Policies page for the selected scope is displayed.

Hover over the policy name that you want to delete and click the delete
icon.The Delete Firmware Policy pop-up window is displayed.

Click Delete.

For Devices:

Navigate to the Firmware Policies page in the left navigation.

Hover over the policy name associated with the device that you want to delete and click the delete
icon.The Delete Firmware Policy pop-up window is displayed.

Click Delete.

The firmware policy is deleted from the required scope.
When the firmware policy is deleted, the operation is logged on the Audit Trail page. For more information, see Viewing the Audit Trail Page.
