Creating Additional Buildings

While creating a floorplan, you can also create additional buildings along with the available buildings.

To create additional buildings, complete the following steps:

1. From the Action drop-down list, select Create Floor.
   The Create Floor page is displayed. The floor card is represented in dotted lines on the building map while you are creating a specific floorplan. After the floorplan is created, it is displayed in a continuous line.

2. If there are existing buildings, the Create Building option is displayed in the Building drop-down list.

3. Click the Create Building option.
   The Create Building page is displayed.
   

4. Enter the Building Name and click Create at the bottom.
   By default, the newly created building name is displayed in the Building field.
   Optionally, to select a different building, click the Building drop-down list and select the required building.
   

   Note:

   The name of the new building must be unique and not same as the existing buildings.

5. (Optional) Click the Building drop-down list, and select Create Building.
   If there is only one building in the site, the drop-down list is not available and by default, the building name is displayed in the Building field.
