VLAN

The VLAN card shows the details of the gateway VLANs.

The following table describes the VLAN card parameters:

Parameter

Description

Down

Indicates the number of gateway VLANs that are down.

Up

Indicates the number of gateway VLANs that are up.

The expanded VLAN card displays the ID, name, status, type, IPv4 subnet details of the gateway VLANs. The expanded VLAN card allows to:

  • Search gateway VLANs

  • Filter the gateway VLANs by status and type.

  • Remove the applied filters.

Use Customize Columns to select or reorder the columns that are displayed in the expanded VLAN card or to reset the columns to default view. To view additional information of the gateway VLANs, click the expand icon.

The following table describes the expanded VLAN card parameters:

Parameter

Description

Identifier

Indicates the VLAN identifier. VLAN ID 1 to 4094.

Name

Indicates the VLAN name.

Status

Indicates if the VLAN is up or down.

Type

Indicates the following VLAN type:

  • Static—Indicates that VLAN is defined as a static type VLAN.

  • Dynamic—Indicates that VLAN is defined as a dynamic type VLAN.

IPv4 Subnet

Indicates that IPv4 subnet of the VLAN.

Interfaces

Lists the port interfaces on which the VLAN is assigned.

When the VLAN is configured on the gateway but is not assigned to any port, the Interfaces field value will be shown as Unassigned.
