Health Status Color Codes

The health of a site is determined by the health of the devices and clients experience assigned to that site. It is indicated by a color bar corresponding to the site name to gauge the site health. Different color codes alert you to sites that require attention.

The following colors indicate the health status:

• Red—Indicates poor health. The red color corresponding to the site name indicates that the health is poor and the reason for the issue is displayed under the site name. The reason can be either a client or a device issue. For a list of all reasons, see Reasons for Poor or Fair Health Status.

  Note:

  If devices are offline, they are considered as poor health and indicated in red color.

• Amber—Indicates fair health. The amber color corresponding to the site name indicates that the health is fair and the reason for the issue is displayed under the site name. The reason can be either a client or a device issue. For a list of all reasons, see Reasons for Poor or Fair Health Status.

• Green—Indicates good health. The green color corresponding to the site name indicates good health, therefore the Everything is good message is displayed under the site name.

• Grey—Indicates that health status is not applicable to the site when devices are not assigned to it or that the client is offline.

The site health can have a mixture of all statuses. Hover over the status bar to view the percentage of health for the corresponding status. For example, the following image displays a combination of 12% poor, 25% fair, and 63% good site health.
