Connectivity Performance Card for Site

The Connectivity Performance card for a site dashboard displays a graph that tracks network usage focusing on throughput (bps) and the number of connected clients. It helps identify peak usage periods or potential connectivity issues.

Figure 1: Connectivity Performance Card

  • Throughput (bps)—Indicates the amount of data being transmitted per second.

  • Clients (Connected)—Indicates the number of active clients.

  • Timescope filter—Use the timescope drop-down list to choose one of the following options

    • Last 3 hours

    • Last 1 day

    • Last 7 days

    • Last 30 days

When you change the timescope, the Connectivity Performance card also displays the graph for each selected period.

Figure 2: Site Connectivity Performance Card - Expanded View

The samples are collected for every 5 minutes and the difference in the packet count is plotted as a graph. The expanded Connectivity Performance card displays the following graphs for wired and wireless clients:

  • Throughput—Displays the upstream and downstream data throughput.

  • Connected Clients—Displays the number of clients connected to the selected interface of the site. You can hover over the graph to view the number of clients connected to the site at a specific point in time.
