Sorting the Columns in Sites Window

On the Sites window, click the column name to sort the items in ascending or descending order. By default, the sites are listed by poor health first. Sorting is based on the site health, device health, and user experience.

Note:

The Location column does not support sorting.

The following sorting orders are available:

  • Default Sorting—Site with maximum poor health is displayed first. If two sites have 100% poor health, then it is displayed in the alphabetical order of the site name.

  • Ascending Order per column:

    • Name column—Items are sorted alphabetically from A to Z.

    • Site Health column—Items are sorted based on the site health status. Sites are listed in the order of good health first, fair health next, and poor health last. If two sites have same health status, then it is displayed in the alphabetical order.

    • Devices column—Items are sorted based on the device health status. Devices are listed in the order of good health first, fair health next, and poor health last. If two devices have same health status, then it is displayed in the alphabetical order.

    • Clients column—Items are sorted based on the user experience. Clients are listed in the order of good experience first, fair next, and poor last.

  • Descending Order per column:

    • Name column—Items are sorted alphabetically from Z to A.

    • Site Health column—Items are sorted based on the site health status. Sites are listed in the order of poor health first, fair health next, and good health last. If two sites have same health status, then it is displayed in the alphabetical order.

    • Devices column—Items are sorted based on the device health status. Devices are listed in the order of poor health first, fair health next, and good health last. If two devices have same health status, then it is displayed in the alphabetical order.

    • Clients column—Items are sorted based on the user experience. Clients are listed in the order of poor experience first, fair next, and good last.
