Navigating to Alert Management Summary View

To navigate to the Alert Management page, complete the following steps:

1. In the MSP Global Overview page, click the menu icon to open the Menu page.

2. In the Alert Management card, click Manage.

   The Alerts - Summary View page is displayed by default.

   The Alerts - Summary View page provides a classification of alerts based on severity, status, category, and impacted tenants.

3. Click the expand option allows users to open a detailed view for deeper alert analysis with interactive filtering using dynamic check boxes.

   In the expanded Alert Classification page you can view the following metrics:

   • Search Bar—Use the search field to filter alerts based on specific attributes. Filtering updates all sections dynamically.

   • Severity—Displays alerts grouped by severity level.

   • Status—Displays alerts by state.

   • Category—Displays alerts grouped by functional area.

   • Impacted Tenants—Displays alert count based on the number of tenants affected.

   • Device Type—Displays alerts based on device type.

   • Priority—Displays alert by priority.

   • Impacted Sites—Displays the number of sites impacted by each alert.

   • Impacted Devices—Displays the number of devices per alert type.

     Dynamic Check Box Behavior—Each classification section includes dynamic check boxes that allow real-time filtering of alert data. Selecting a check box adds that dimension to the active filter view. Clearing a check box removes that dimension from the view. Multiple selections are supported to allow combined filtering. Alert counts update dynamically based on selections. The selections are independent per section, allowing multi-dimensional analysis.

4. Click Go to Alerts List to view filtered results in detail.
