Alerts Card
The Alerts card displays the total count of alerts aggregated into nine categories. Each category is represented by a color-coded horizontal bar indicating the proportion and severity of the alerts.

In the Alerts card, you can view the following information:

Alert Category

Clients—Alerts related to end-user devices such as laptops and mobiles.

System—Alerts related to overall system heath, performance, and hardware or software status.

LAN—Alerts involving wired local area network issues.
-
WLAN—Wireless LAN-related alerts such as signal issues or disconnects.
-
WAN—Alerts related to Wide Area Network, including connection drops and high latency.

Cluster—Alerts related to cluster operations and synchronization between nodes.

Routing—Alerts related to routing processes such as route flapping and protocol mismatches.

Security—Alerts related to security threats or policy violations.

Administrator—Alerts related to the MSP administrator account.

Color codes on bars represent different severity levels such as critical, major, and minor.

The length of the bar visually corresponds to the total number of alerts in each category.

Numerical values on the right display the exact count of alerts. The alert count is cumulative across all tenants managed by the MSP.

In the Alerts card, click the alert category to navigate to the Alert - List View page that displays the list of alerts within the selected category. For more information, see Navigating to Alert Management List View.
