Device Under Management Card

The Device Under Management card displays a graphical representation of the total number of devices owned and managed by the MSP account or its associated tenant accounts. It also displays device distribution based on device ownership. The data displayed in the Device Under Management card is refreshed every 24 hours.

There are two Device Under Management card designs. However, only one card is displayed at a time, depending on the scenario:

• MSP owned devices—A donut chart represents devices inventory that contains devices that are owned only by the MSP account. The total number of devices is displayed at the center of the chart. The chart segments indicate the distribution of each device category that is assigned within the MSP-owned inventory, such as Access points, Switches, Gateways, and Bridges. On hovering over a chart segment, displays a tooltip with the category of assigned devices and its respective count.

  

  Expanding the Devices Under Management card displays a bar chart illustrating the monthly distribution of devices Assigned to tenant and Available devices in a color-coded format. Hovering over a monthly bar segment displays a tooltip with the device counts for Assigned to tenant and Available devices for the selected month.

  

• MSP and tenant owned devices—A donut chart represents devices inventory that contains devices that are owned by both the MSP account and tenant account. The total number of devices is displayed at the center of the chart. The chart segments indicate the distribution of assigned device within the inventory, such as Access points, Switches, Gateways, and Bridges. Individual device ownership breakup (MSP owned devices and Tenant owned devices) is displayed at the bottom of the donut chart. On hovering over a chart segment, displays a tooltip with the category of assigned devices and its respective count.

  

  Expanding the Devices Under Management card displays two bar charts: MSP Owned Devices and Tenant Owned Devices.
