Subscription Card

The Subscription card displays a horizontal bar chart representing each supported subscription category, such as Foundation, Advanced, and Other, managed by the MSP account.

The subscription card displays the count of MSP owned subscription keys assigned across tenants. Each bar represents the number of assigned and available subscription for a subscription category in a color-coded format.

Next to each horizontal bar, the total count of subscription keys is displayed, that includes both assigned and unassigned (available) subscription. When you hover over a bar, a tooltip displays the number of assigned and available subscriptions for that specific category.

Note:

If any Subscriptions are set to expire within 90 days, an alert banner displays the message Subscription about to expire. Click View to navigate to the MSP level Subscription Keys page.

The legends in the Subscription card indicate the following:

  • Assigned—Total number of assigned subscriptions.

  • Available—Total number of available subscriptions.

Click a subscription category, such as Foundation, Advanced, or Other, to navigate to the Subscription Keys page. The Subscription Keys page displays subscription details. By default, the page is filtered based on the selected subscription category.
