On hovering over the health bar in the Device Health Status column, a tooltip displays the exact number of devices categorized into the three status.

By default, the column is sorted based on the poorest health on top.

Note:

If the device is not assigned to the site in the tenant account, then health status is not applicable, and it is denoted in gray color.

Table Operations

The search option allows you to search for a specific tenant account name. Only Tenant Name and Tenant Id attributes are supported in the search bar. There is also an option to filter the table based on Device Ownership. There are two types of device ownership:

  • MSP—Tenant account in which the devices are owned by the MSP account.

  • Tenant—Tenant account in which the devices are owned by the tenant.
