Navigating to the Tenant's Network Overview Page

The MSP administrator can view all tenant accounts in the Tenants table.

To navigate to the tenant's Network Overview page, click on the tenant account name.

Alternatively, complete the following steps to navigate to the tenant's Network Overview dashboard:

  1. Click a tenant account row in the Tenants table.

    A side panel displays the following information:

    • Tenant—Name of the tenant account.

    • Creation Date—Data on which the tenant account was created, displayed in MM/DD/YYYY format.

    • Device Ownership—Indicates device and subscription ownership. Device ownership can be either MSP owned or Tenant owned.

    • Tenant ID—An alphanumeric system generated unique ID assigned to a tenant

    • Subscription—A horizontal bar chart representing each supported subscription category, such as Foundation, Advanced, and Other.

      • For tenant accounts with MSP-owned devices, only the subscription information assigned to the tenant is displayed.

      • For tenant accounts with tenant-owned devices, both assigned and available subscriptions for each supported category are displayed. If any licenses are set to expire within 90 days, an alert banner displays the message Subscription about to expire. Click View to navigate to the tenant-level Subscription Keys page.

    • Device Inventory—A donut chart represents devices inventory assigned to the tenant account. The chart segments indicate the distribution of assigned devices, such as access points, switches, gateways, and bridges. It also displays the number of devices that are not assigned to a site and devices that are unlicensed.

  2. Click on Go To Tenant.

    The tenant's Network Overview page is displayed.

Note:

Access to the tenant Network Overview page is governed based on the assigned workspace group. Review the user roles, permissions, and access rules configured for the workspace group to determine the level of access available.

To return to the MSP Overview page from the tenant's Network Overview dashboard, complete the following steps:

  1. Click the drop-down that displays the current tenant name above the Network Overview page title.

  2. Click Return to MSP Home from the drop-down options.

    The MSP Overview page is displayed.
