Navigating to Reports Page
To navigate to the Reports page, complete the following steps:

In the MSP Global Overview page, click the menu
icon to open the Menu page. -
In the Reports card, click Manage.
The Reports page in the list view is displayed.

The following table describes the parameters in the Reports table.

Description |

Name |
Displays the name of the report. |
|
Scope |
Displays the context in which the report is generated. For example, at a global-level, site-level, or multiple-site-level. |

Type |
Displays the type of report. |
|
Recurrence |
Displays the intervals at which reports are generated. |
|
Last Run |
Displays the time when the report was last run. This option is hyperlinked and takes you to the latest generated report in a new tab. This parameter also displays whether the last run report is Successful or Failed. |

Next Run |
Displays the scheduled date and time when the report will next run. Based on the duration of the next run, the date representation changes from date format to the number of days remaining for the next run. |

Runs |
Displays the number of runs completed versus the total number of runs. |
|
Created By |
Displays the email ID of the user who created the report, along with the date and time when the report was created. |
|
Last Updated By |
Displays the email ID of the user who modified the report, along with the date and time when the report was modified. |
|
End Date |
Displays the end date of the report. For a recurrence report, the end date is set to six months by default. |
The Reports page also has the following options:

Search bar—Used to filter the data using search terms (not case-sensitive). The search functionality is applicable for the Name, Scope, Type, Created By, and Last Updated By columns.

Filters—Used to open a filter pop-up window by clicking the filter
icon to filter the data in the Reports table based on the state and recurrence. For more information, see Filtering Data in Reports Table.

Actions—Used to delete generated runs or a report. This option is only visible when the checkboxes are selected. Click the drop-down menu and select one of the available options:

Delete Generated Runs

Delete Report

Find Reports—Used to search for reports generated within a specific time period. For more information, see Finding Generated Reports.

Create Report—Used to create a custom or pre-defined report. For more information, see Creating a Report

Customize Columns—Used to adjust column visibility and position in the Reports table. For more information, see Customizing Columns in Reports Table.

Ellipsis icon—Used to clone or delete a report, or delete a generated run. Hover over a row in the Reports table and click the ellipsis
icon and select one of the available options: -
Note:
This option is available only for the active reports. You will not be able to edit a completed report.
