Configuring Central NAC Radius Proxy
To create a radius proxy server, complete the following steps:

In the HPE Aruba Networking Central landing page, click the Configuration
icon. The Profiles Management page is displayed.

Navigate to the Security card and click Manage.

Navigate to the new Radius Proxy tab and click Manage.
Note:Radius Proxy tab will be visible only for Central NAC subscription licenses.

In the Radius Proxy page, click Create Profile.
The Create Profile side panel is displayed.

Enter the following proxy profile parameters:

Name—Enter the name of the proxy profile.

Description—Enter the description for the proxy profile.
-
Authentication Server Group—Central NAC is the default authentication server group.

Network Access Device—Click the add icon to add a new Network Access Device.
The Create NAD side panel is displayed.
Enter the following parameters:

Name—Enter the name of the third-party device.
-
IP Address / Subnet—Enter the IP address of the third-party device along with the subnet.

Shared Secret and Retype Shared Secret—Enter the password.

Vendor Type—Select a vendor from the drop-down list.
Click Create in the Create NAD panel.

Click Create in the Create Profile panel.
The proxy profile is created and is listed in the Radius Proxy page.

Hover over the proxy profile > click the ellipsis
icon and select Assign to assign a scope to the proxy profile. The Assign Profile side panel is displayed.

In the Assign Profile panel, enter the following parameters:

Device Function—Select Mobility Gateway.

Scopes—Click the add icon and select Global from the Scope Level drop-down.
Click Add to add the scope.

Click Assign in the Assign Profile panel.
The scope is assigned to the specific profile.
