Creating a Guest Report
To create a guest report, complete the following steps:

In the HPE Aruba Networking Central landing page, click the Menu
icon. -
Navigate to the Reports card and click Manage.
The Reports page is displayed with a list of all the generated reports.

Click Create Report.
The Create Report page appears with a series of steps.

Navigate to Infrastructure and select the Visitor KPI.
The Visitor Security Summary checkbox is selected by default.
Note:Unchecking this option displays an error notification This field is required and the Next button is disabled.

Click to go to the next series of steps.

Select Global under the scope level.

Under Additional Preferences click the Add
icon and select SSIDs under the Additional Filters to add filtering for SSIDs. Click Apply. This will enable to generate reports for a specific SSID. To generate reports for all SSIDs, you do not have to add the filter.

Click Next to go to the Schedule options.

Report Over Period—choose a specific period to generate the report or choose a custom range. The custom range is set to a period of 90 days by default.

Report Schedule—choose a recurrence for generating the report. You can choose between Now or Later. If you choose Later, you must specify the Run Date and Run Time to generate the report.

Report Details:

Report Name—enter a name for the report.

Email recipients—enter a valid email ID (you can add more than one email ID).

Format—choose CSV or PDF or both
Note:If you choose PDF format for the report, you will be able to view only the first 1000 records.

Click Create.
The report is generated and the status of the report is displayed in the Reports page.

In the Reports page, click the report name.
In the pop-up window, click the ellipsis
icon and choose one of these options:-
View—to view the report online. The report is displayed in the current window.

Send Email—to send the report to one or more email addresses. In the Send Email pop-up, enter the email recipients and choose a report format (CSV or PDF).

Download CSV—to download the report in a CSV file format. The report is downloaded in a zip format. Navigate to the folder in which the report is downloaded and extract the zip file to view the report.

Download PDF—to download the report in a PDF file format.
