Editing a Policy

To edit a policy, complete the following steps:

1. In the HPE Aruba Networking Central landing page, click the Menu icon.

2. In the Network Access Control card, click Manage.

   The NAC Monitoring page is displayed.

3. Click the Configuration icon.

4. In the Authorization Policies card, click Manage.

5. In the policies table, click the row for the policy that you want to edit.

   The Edit Policy panel is displayed on the right.

6. You can modify the following parameters:

   • Name—name of the policy.

   • Description—description of the policy.

   • Enabled—By default, this check box is selected.

   • Under Authorization Context—Select the identity stores from the Identity Provider drop-down list.

   • Under Pre-conditions, select the required conditions for the policy. To add another condition, click the Add Condition icon.

7. Click Save.

   The updated policy details are displayed in the Authorization Policies page.

8. To move a policy up or down in the policies table, hover over an existing policy > click the ellipsis icon and select the option Move up or Move down.

   The policy will move up or move down in the policies table based on the selected option.
