Managing MPSK

This feature enables users to easily manage their personal Wi-Fi passwords (MPSK) within the HPE Aruba Networking Onboard app. It also makes it easy to connect additional devices to the network.

View Your Wi-Fi Passwords

In the HPE Aruba Networking Onboard app, swipe an EAP-TLS network profile and tap the Passwords option to view all the Wi-Fi passwords associated with that profile.

Share via QR Code

Expand the Wi-Fi password to view a scannable QR code. Scan the QR code with another device to connect to the SSID, eliminating the need to manually type the password.

Regenerate a Password

Generate a new Wi-Fi password at any time for a specific entry. The QR code updates automatically to reflect the new credentials. Devices connected with the old password will need to reconnect using the new QR code.

Revoke a Password

You can permanently revoke a Wi-Fi password, marking it as unusable and disabling its QR code and related actions. Once revoked, any devices using that password are disconnected immediately, and the revocation cannot be undone.

Note:

  • Revoking a password cannot be undone.

  • Tap the eye icon to reveal the passphrase, which you can use to connect to the Wi‑Fi SSID. A tool tip is available on supported platforms.

  • Dark mode is supported.
