Client Health Card
The Client Health card displays a list of client types alongside their count, and a breakdown of that count by good health. The client types are wired and wireless.
The device types are sorted based on:

Client type with the highest count of devices in poor health.

When multiple device types have the same number of devices in poor health, those device types will be sorted in descending order by number of devices in fair health.

When multiple device types have the same number of devices in poor, fair, and good health, those device types are sorted in ascending order by name.

In the expanded sites view, you can monitor the information for each column listed below:

Site Name—Displays the site name. Selecting the site name will navigate to the Site Dashboard. For more information, see Navigating to the Site Dashboard.

Connected Wireless—Displays the count of wireless client type of the associated site broken down by good health.

Connected Wired— Displays the count of wired client type of the associated site broken down by good health.
Note:The information at the bottom of the Client Health card displays the time stamp of the most recent client update. The data refreshes every two to five minutes. It also displays the date and time of the last refresh.
Table Utilities for Client Health
You can search, filter, sort, customize the visibility of the site, and adjust the width of the columns displayed in the table, as required.

Search bar: You can search for a particular site in the table (not case-sensitive). Type the name of the site in the search bar, and the results are displayed in the table.

Sort columns: You can sort the Site Name column in ascending or descending order. To sort the column in the table, complete the following steps:

Click the Site Name column.

Perform either of the following:

To sort in ascending order, click the up arrow
icon. -
To sort in descending order, click the down arrow
icon.Note:The sites are prioritized by the number of poor counts, either maximum or minimum depending on the chosen order. When two or more sites have the same poor count, the fair counts are considered for sorting. When the fair counts are also equal, good counts are considered. When all three counts are identical, the sites are sorted in alphabetical order.

Table Menu: You can customize the table. To customize the visibility of the columns, complete the following steps:

Click the table menu
icon.The Actions menu is displayed.

Click Customize Columns.
The Customize Columns pop-up window is displayed.

Complete either or both of the following steps as required:

Select the column names to enable or disable the visibility of that column in the table.
Note:The Site Name is locked and cannot be enabled or disabled.

Click and hold the action
icon next to the column you want to move, and drag it to a new position.
You can click Reset to Defaults to clear your column visibility settings.

Click Apply.
The adjusted columns are displayed in the table.

Adjust columns: You can adjust the column width in the table. To adjust the width of the columns, complete the following steps:

Hover over the left or right edge of the column that you want to adjust.
You can identify the edge of the column when the mouse pointer changes to the adjust
shape. -
Click and drag the edge to adjust the width of the column.
You can click Reset Column Sizes in the Actions menu to reset the column widths.
