Insights Card

The Insights card displays the top five insights that are occurring at the greatest number of sites.

In the Insights card you can view the following information:

  • Insight and Sites Column—Displays the name of the insights along with the number of impacted sites for each insight. If there are more than five insights, the remaining number of insights are summarized at the bottom of the card. To view all insights and more details, click the expand icon.

    Note:
    • You can also use the search bar to search for a site.

    In the expanded insights card, you’ll see a list of insights in the left bar along with an associated table of information in the main frame for the selected insight. The table provides the following columns and information:

    • Name—Displays the site name. Selecting the site name will navigate to the Site Dashboard. For more information, see Navigating to the Site Dashboard.

    • Devices—Displays the number of devices that are impacted by the associated insight. (Note: This column will only show for insights that have a device context.)

    • Clients—Displays the number of clients that are impacted by the associated insight. (Note: This column will only show for insights that have a client context.)

Filtering Insights

You can filter insights depending on your criteria. You can either use the quick filters to filter insights as per category (Wireless, Wired, Security, and Application), status (Read and Unread) , or any combination of the options.

The following table describes the quick filters:

Read

Select this tab to view the read insights.

Note: Insight in read state will have a gray box in the front.

Unread

Select this tab to view the unread insights.

Note: Insight in the unread state will have a blue dot in the front.

User Feedback

The feedback mechanism enables the users to provide quick and meaningful input about their experience, helping the development team improve the quality and user satisfaction.

To provide your feedback, compete the following steps:

  1. Under the Is this helpful? prompt, perform one of the following:

    • Click the thumbs-up icon if the content was helpful.

    • Click the thumbs-down icon if the content was not helpful.

    A comment box is displayed.

  2. Enter your feedback in the box and click Send.
