Inventory and Subscriptions Card

The Inventory and Subscriptions card displays an overview of device distribution and subscription usage in your network. This feature helps you effectively monitor and manage your subscription usage.

The Inventory and Subscriptions display the following information:

• If subscriptions are set to expire within 90 days, a banner is displayed stating <number> Subscriptions are about to expire. When you click on View, it redirects you to the Subscription Keys page with the About To Expire filter on. Click x to close the banner.

• Total Devices—Indicates the total number of devices. When you click on device count, it redirects you to the Device Inventory page.

• Available Subscriptions—Indicates the number of available subscriptions. When you click on subscription count, it redirects you to Subscription Keys page.

• Devices added In Last 7 Days—Indicates the number of devices added in the last seven days to the inventory.

• Devices—Displays the total number of devices, organized by their respective types. When you click on device count, it redirects you to the Device Inventory page with the respective device type filter on.

• Without Site—Indicates the number of devices that are not assigned to any site. When you click on device count, it redirects you to the Device Inventory page with the Unassigned filter on.

• Without Subscription—Indicates the number of devices with no subscription. When you click on device count, it redirects you to the Device Inventory page with the Unsubscribed filter on.
