Sites Card

The Sites card displays the top 10 sites with the poorest health status. The sites are sorted from top to bottom as listed below:

• Sites with the highest percentage of Poor health.

• When multiple sites have the same Poor health percentage, those sites will be sorted in descending order by percentage of Fair health.

• When multiple sites have the same Poor and Fair health percentages, those sites are sorted in ascending order by name.

The Sites Card displays a horizontal bar chart that shows the site’s health broken down by percent. If there are more than 10 sites, the remaining number of sites are summarized at the bottom of the card. You can hover over the bar chart to view the health percentages for each site via a tooltip as shown in the below image:

To navigate to a site that is listed on the card, select the site name. To view all sites and more details, click the navigate icon.

In the expanded sites view, you can monitor the information for each column listed below:

• Site Name—Displays the site name. Selecting the site name will navigate to the Site Dashboard. For more information, see Navigating to the Site Dashboard.

• Site Health—Displays a horizontal bar chart with stacked categories for health by percentage. Hovering over the chart will cause a tooltip to appear showing these percentages as shown in Figure 2.

• Device Health—Displays the number of assigned devices at that site along with a horizontal bar chart with stacked categories for health broken down by count. Hovering over the chart will cause a tooltip to appear showing the count of devices for each classification of health as shown in Figure 4.

• Client Health (Approx. Count)—Displays the number of active clients at that site along with a horizontal bar chart with stacked categories for health broken down by count. Hovering over the chart will cause a tooltip to appear showing the count of clients for each classification of health as seen in the below image:

• Location—Displays the address of the associated site.

  This column is hidden by default.

• Last Updated Timestamp—The status and count displayed on the Sites card in expanded view is refreshed every 2 to 5 minutes ensuring the most current information. There may be a slight variation in the count displayed on the Network Overview > Sites card and its expanded view for the Client Health column.
