Notification Rules

HPE Aruba Networking Central uses the Notification Rules option to fdefine rules that automatically send notifications to one or more destinations configured. Notifications are sent based on the selected notification source and severity levels. These rules allow administrators to control which events generate notifications and ensure that relevant alerts are forwarded to external systems for monitoring or automation.

If an alert is generated that meets the criteria configured in the notification rule, an automatic notification is sent to the destination. The Notification Rules forwards the alert data to the destination.

Note:

In MSP mode, Notification Rules are available only at the tenant level. To access Notification Rules, navigate to the tenant Network Overview page, and then select Menu > Notification Rules card.
