Remote Console Service for Gateways
To perform remote console service implementation on a Gateway, complete the following steps:

In the HPE Aruba Networking Central landing page, select a site from the Sites menu.
Alternatively, you can click the expand
icon on the Sites menu to search for a site from the list.The site dashboard is displayed along with site health, device, and client information.

Click Network.
The Unified Device List (UDL) view is displayed for the site.

To access the troubleshooting page for a Gateway, complete one of the following steps:

From the Devices table in list view, click anywhere on the particular device row under Any or Gateways tab.
The selected Gateway panel is displayed on the left.

From the Devices table in list view, click the particular device under the Gateways tab.
The selected Gateway context page is displayed.

Click the troubleshooting icon
.The Troubleshoot page is displayed for the Gateway, and the Tests tab is selected by default in the left panel.

Under Remote Console, select the Device.

Enter the Username and Password.

Click Start Session.
The Console panel on the right displays an interactive command line interface.

Click History tab to view and download the past remote console sessions.
The Export option in the session window is enabled once the session is ended.

The Results panel contains the following details:

Summary Icon—The following table describes the meaning of icons used in the test result.

Successfully completed—All requests passed successfully.
Failed—All requests failed.
Alternatively, Remote Console service can also be accessed through site context by following the same steps.
Maximum 10 Remote Console sessions can be run across devices in site context and up to 2 session per device context.
