Viewing the Troubleshooting Page
The troubleshooting page captures the utilities that are used to test a network entity and collect results based on your selection.
To access the troubleshooting page for devices, complete the following steps:

In the HPE Aruba Networking Central landing page, select a site from the Sites menu.
Alternatively, you can click the expand
icon on the Sites menu to search for a site from the list.The site dashboard is displayed along with site health, device, and client information.

Click Network.
The Unified Device List (UDL) view is displayed for the site.
To access the troubleshooting page for a particular device, complete one of the following steps:

Click the troubleshooting icon
to launch the troubleshooting tools from the site context. -
From the Devices table in list view, click anywhere on the particular device row under Any or the Access Points, Gateways, or Switches tab.
The selected device panel is displayed on the left.

From the Devices table in list view, click on the particular device under Any or the Access Points, Gateways, or Switches tab.
The selected device context page is displayed.

Click the troubleshooting icon
.The Troubleshoot page is displayed for the device, and the Tests tab is selected by default.

The Troubleshoot page currently provides access to the Tests, Remote Console Session, and History tabs for network troubleshooting.

To view the test output in the Results panel, you can click the graphical result icon
for a visual representation or the CLI result icon
for CLI output. -
By default, the Results panel displays the test output in graphical format.

The test history is retained until the troubleshooter dialog is closed.
