Health Metrics—Access Points

On the Access Points tab, you can hover over the trend graphs to see the AP health metrics for the selected time range. It provides insights into the AP performance metrics.

The following graphs are displayed:

  • Health—Displays the number and health status of the APs in the site.

    You can click on the chart lines that represent Poor, Fair, or Good health status to display the corresponding AP list in the Access Points side panel. The side panel allows you to efficiently filter APs by its health status or by state (online /offline). You can search for a specific AP by entering its name in the search bar. Selecting an online AP name on the side panel takes you to the corresponding AP Health Metrics page.

  • Alerts—Displays the names of the top 3 active alerts that caused the health status of the APs. The height of the bar graphs represents the number of alerts. The order of the alerts displayed is based on priority and time of occurrence. You can click on the alerts bar graph to navigate to the specific alert from the Active Alerts side panel.
